i think it is kind of mosaic pointillism, it's like a mixture of Seurat and graffiticas work, neoneoimpressionism

Wow! Thanks so much for the kind feedback! :aww: I actually used to be a pointilism artist years ago, so I'm quite familiar with it.

from pointilism to mosaicism, however it is beautyful, i love also the colors you are using, they give some pictures a kind of alegre touch

Wow, your gallery is amazing! Your style is so unique, I couldn't figure out what to compare it to when looking at your art. Mosaic? Realism? Folk art for some of them? Anyway, this piece is my favorite, and I love what you're doing with this!

Thank you! :D I really appreciate you taking the time to browse.

The 'mosaic' backgrounds are something that I've done for years, so it's kind of become a staple in my work. They allow me to be organic with color palates and give the illusion of movement or background items without actually drawing them.

Glad you are digging this piece, it's one of my personal faves as well. :) I should have #20 in the RED Series done by next week. You have a nice gallery as well, keep up the good work!

You're welcome! Yeah, I really like the colors in this piece, and the mosaics give the effect of motion really well. Thanks for taking a look at my gallery, too :)

A foreground of red and black ink. A background of ... sharpies as a mosaic? Stained glass? I've never seen anything like it, but I love it. Great stuff, and neat tentacles.

haha! Wow, thank you! :D

Really appreciate the feedback! The mosaic backgrounds are sort of my 'thing', so I'm glad you dig it. I love black and white elements with high contrast/bold color. :)
