Pilot G2 extra fine gel pen, fine Sharpie pen, ultra fine Sharpies on plain 8.5 x 11 paper. Started out as a doodle at work, but decided to keep going with it until it was complete. Comments, faves, shares, etc appreciated. Thanks!
Yeah, I tend to put it on FB first to get feedback from my fam and friends. Then I put it on DA so that I can prep myself for the insane amount of messages I tend to get after putting a piece up. Very happy you like it and I always appreciate the faves!

This is amazing! I love the way the sky mimics the stained glass windows. Churches are always my favorite subjects to see in traditional art, so seeing this new twist on a church was nice. The little cracks and areas of erosion gave a sense of hopelessness, which is ironic considering the meaning of the building. However, that small flower on the right offers hope for new life. I love it!
As always, your details and intricacy in your artwork amazes me. Keep it up. You inspire me so much!
Thank you! I've never drawn a church before, so it was weird that I was sitting at work doodling one, lol! I like to draw things that are broken, worn, off kilter, damaged......nothing and no one is perfect and I guess that's why I am drawn to that sort of thing. It's realistic, it's raw. And yes, when you show something at it's lowest point, that's what makes ppl get hopeful that it will turn around. Glad you spotted the flower. It is the one item that is in every single RED Series piece.
Your feedback really means a lot and I always look forward to it!
