Wow!! That is INCREDIBLE !!!! The detail and the limited use of colour creates such a powerful, immediate effect!!! ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!!
Whoa! Thanks so much!! Wasn't expecting such awesome feedback, but definitely appreciated.
Most excellent! Another stunning piece of artwork!!
I wouldn't be messing around in that forest!
never quite wanted to swim in a forest before, looks so pleasant
very nice. The poor trees seem to be suffering and that tentacled thing in front is dangerous. I like the mushrooms and the flower.
Thank you! Yes, nature is feeling the brunt of the destruction in my RED Series. I appreciate that you noticed the little details.
mushrooms and tha flower...nice details and wonderful overall work again...and tha tree design is like changing but staying with tha style and becoming so nice
You're the first one to tell me they noticed the mushrooms, so thanks!
Gotta change it up a little, but not too much. It's the prequel to #13. Glad you are still digging my red pieces.
of course I still like them
haha, you never know! I've noticed a fairly dramatic change in who watches and faves my work since my style turned dark instead of colorful. I like it.
I know that feeling...I made one post inna different style and blamo back to pretty much no people even looking makes me wonder what my watchers are looking at...kinda creepy actually
haha! Glad I'm not the only one that noticed that about my watchers. I have had such a different group of people adding my stuff to their faves then my previous style. I like seeing the different types of ppl, it's intriguing to me.
Oh the agony... so... great piece of art...
Looks very colorful to be related to something gloomy...
This piece is #17 in an ongoing series. My RED Series is based on a Chevelle song 'The Red' and Edgar Allan Poe's 'The Masque of the Red Death'. One definition of 'agony' is the final stages of a difficult or painful death. The series is about an inescapable, creeping pestilence that kills everything in it's path, leaving nature and people to suffer and die. It is the companion piece to #13, 'Search Party'. It is the prequel to 13, where the few survivors look for members of their family in the forest only to find that they have already been swallowed up by the creeping death.
This one does have more color than some prior ones in the series, but still the same theme.
Beautiful work as always!
